echo Art Fair, May 13, 14 & 15

I will have work exhibited at echo Art Fair, a juried fine art exposition that connects experienced collectors and first-time buyers with emerging and established local, regional and international artists in a centralized and creative environment.  This year’s fair has  29 artists, 13 galleries and 12 site-specific installations. It will take place in the OSC Manufacturing and Equipment Services Inc. 1001 E. Delavan Ave., Buffalo, NY.  This location was formerly the American Axel Plant  nd was built by influential industrial architect Albert Kahn

echo Art Fair showcases a broad scope of fine art disciplines – including painting, photography, sculpture, print, works on  paper, video, mixed-media, installation and performance art.

Hours are Saturday 11am -7pm and Sunday 11am – 6pm  ($5 admission fee)

Friday evening  6-9 pm is a preview party ($50 – tickets available on echo website)

March 25, 26, 27th, 2016

The inaugural echo Art Fair / NYC is a large group exhibition that will present a preview of what can be expected at Buffalo, NY’s echo Art Fair on May 13-15th. All artists have either exhibited at echo Art Fair in past editions, or will do so at the 2016 fair.

The 21+ reception for echo Art Fair / NYC will take place at The Highline Loft, 508 W. 26th, 5G on Thursday, March 24th from 5pm-9pm. RSVP to info@resourceartny.com is required. The exhibition will remain on view Friday, March 25th 10-6pm and Saturday, March 26th 11am-2pm.

Makers & Mentors highlights the importance of art education in the Western/Central New York Region and celebrates the artwork and influence of the region’s accomplished artists. The exhibition series includes Mid/Late career artists exhibiting alongside their former students, many of whom have gone on to become educators themselves. This year, Makers & Mentors will include celebrated abstract painter, Sheldon Berlyn and four former students. All studied with Berlyn during his tenure as professor at SUNY at Buffalo from 1962-1999.

Echo Art Fair

Please stop by my booth at this year’s Echo Art Fair

September 6th and 7th, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm,

the Buffalo & Erie County Downtown Central Library, 1 Lafayette Square, 2nd Floor, Buffalo, NY

There is also a kickoff the fair on Friday, September 5th with a tour of private, local art collections, VIP party, and Coup d’état, an art dance party .

The two-day fine art fair brings together artists, collectors, entrepreneurs, food/beverage vendors, sponsors, and the public. Now in its fourth year is a fine art exposition, provides a platform for independent artists and galleries to present their work to a jury of contemporary art experts, and to showcase and sell their work

Local vendors, including Ashkers, Sweetness 7, The Phoenix, Leonard Windy Oaks Estate Wines, and Try-It Distributing, will be on hand to serve food and beverages.

$5 entrance fee. A portion of the proceeds to benefit the public libraries.
